這不是生產力工具。我們不會追逐你的時數,不會推播紅點,不會用「連續紀錄」綁住你。 This isn't a productivity tool. We don't chase your hours, badge your home screen, or trap you with streaks.

你「什麼也不做」的那段時間,跟你工作的時間一樣值錢。「放空」只是幫你把它記下來、讓它看得見。 The time you spend doing nothing is just as valuable as the time you work. ZoneOut just records it and makes it visible.

每天的放空時段是一根 K 棒。連續上市的天數累積成股價。你的「節奏」變成可以看的圖,而不是「連續紀錄」。 Each rest session becomes a candle. Days listed accumulate into a price. Your rhythm becomes a chart — not a streak.

休市日不會被懲罰——空心 K 棒同樣保留在你的紀錄上,反而是節奏的證明。 Rest days aren't punished. Hollow candles stay on the chart — they're proof of rhythm, not failure.

  沒有 streak 焦慮。今天沒放,明天還是可以回來。 No streak anxiety. If today is skipped, tomorrow is still open.

• 不懲罰健康離開 Won't punish healthy exits

  健康離開值得被好好收尾。Score 高+穩定時,系統會主動建議畢業。 A healthy exit deserves a proper closing. High, stable scores suggest graduation.

• 不鼓勵過度放空 Won't push overuse

  放空時間過長時,系統會提醒你,而不是慶祝。 Spend too long and you'll get a heads-up, not a celebration.

• 不以訂閱綁功能 Won't tie features to subscription

  所有功能目前免費。靠廣告與自願支持訂閱維持；訂閱不解鎖任何功能。 All features are free. Supported by ads plus voluntary subscriptions; subscriptions unlock no features.

領取代號 Get your code

每個人都有自己的股票代號。 Everyone gets their own ticker.

首次開啟時,App 會給你一個本機生成的代號(像 TPE-042069),這是你個人的「上市公司」。代號完全匿名,無法回推真實身分。 On first open, the App mints a local-only code for you (like TPE-042069) — your personal listing. Fully pseudonymous, can't be linked to your real identity.

敲鐘上市,然後好好放空。 Ring the bell. Then zone out.

每天留半小時給自己,慢一點也沒關係。 Set aside half an hour a day. Slow is also fine.
