Welcome to “放空 ZoneOut” (the “App”), provided by rollitinno (sole developer — “we”). By downloading, installing, opening, or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don’t use the App.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all versions of the App distributed via Apple App Store and Google Play Store. If a platform has additional terms (e.g. Apple Media Services Terms, Google Play Terms), platform terms prevail over these.

2. What the App is

The App is a tool that helps you build a habit of doing nothing. It frames daily sessions through a stock-market metaphor (K-line, IPO, listing). It is a conceptual lifestyle tool, not a financial, investment, psychological, or medical service. Any “price,” “Score,” or “market cap” displayed is a fictional value for personal rhythm visualisation only — no financial, investment, health, or diagnostic meaning.

3. Account & identity

• The App uses local-only pseudonymous mode — no email / phone required. The “Stock Code” (e.g. TPE-042069) is a randomly generated local identifier.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your device. The App offers no cross-device sync in Phase 1; all data is local.
• The App is for users aged 13+ (16+ in EEA / UK).

4. Subscriptions & payment

4.1 Plans

The App offers the following subscriptions (actual prices per platform listing):

• Monthly — NT$30 / month
• Quarterly — NT$90 / quarter
• Yearly — NT$300 / year

4.2 No paywalled features

Per our product promise, subscriptions do not unlock any feature. All milestones (M1 Morning Brief, M2 Hourly Wage, M3 Personal Monthly, M4 Graduate) are free for everyone. The sole effect of a subscription is to remove ads and support the product. We do not coerce via ads, do not gate features, and subscriptions are entirely voluntary.

4.3 Billing & renewal

• Subscriptions are charged at confirmation and auto-renew at the end of each cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before expiry.
• All billing is handled by Apple App Store / Google Play. All payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds must be done via your platform account:
  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Android: Play Store → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Refunds follow platform policy; the App cannot process refunds directly.

4.4 Free trials

If we offer a free trial, cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends avoids being charged. Beyond that, continuing means you agree to be charged.

5. Ads

Non-subscribers see Google AdMob ads (native banner style). The App does NOT show interstitial, open-app, or forced video ads. Ad delivery respects your ATT (iOS) / UMP (Android EEA / UK) consent.

6. Intellectual property

The App’s UI, palette, fonts, copy, icons, K-line visual design, and Product Constitution are original works of rollitinno, protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercialise them without written permission. Third-party assets (Google Fonts Roboto / Roboto Serif / Roboto Mono) follow their respective licences.

7. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to obtain the source code (except as permitted by law)
• Use automated tools to mass-register accounts or induce malicious usage
• Remove or hide copyright notices
• Use the App in violation of local law

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” We do not warrant:

• The App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
• Fictional scores / K-lines / stats have any financial, investment, psychological, or medical effect
• Availability and correctness of third-party services (AdMob, Firebase, Apple, Google)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

Except for liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, our total aggregate liability to you is capped at the amount you actually paid for the App during the 12 months before the claim. If you have not paid anything, the cap is NT$100.

9. Changes to the service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. We will use reasonable effort to notify users in advance. Active subscriptions at discontinuation will be handled per platform refund policy.

10. Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we will notify in-app and update the “Last updated” date. Where law or platform policy requires renewed consent, we will ask for it before the applicable change takes effect; otherwise, continued use means acceptance.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall be heard at first instance by the Taipei District Court, Taiwan.
